Leadership Team

Trey holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Florida State University.  He's also a certified project manager with PMI and holds an active commercial building contractor's license with the state of Florida.  Trey has 10+ years of construction experience, and prior to starting Ware & Sliker, he served as the President of another local general contracting firm where he was responsible for overseeing $30MM in annual construction volume.  Originally from Orlando, Trey moved to the Tampa Bay area with his family in 2018 where he's established many valuable relationships among industry professionals.

Cory holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi.  He has a combined 20+ years in residential and commercial construction experience.  He has served as a project engineer, general superintendent, and project manager on projects up to $125MM.  Leaving high-rise construction in Pittsburgh, he moved to Florida with his family in 2019 and has established himself as a professional in the greater Tampa Bay area.  He holds a commercial general contracting license with the state of Florida.  Cory has local experience in both office and field roles on many different types of projects ranging from auto dealerships to storage facilities.
